Hey! My name is Bruna Toledo. I’m 20 years old and I’m a Customer Service Associate. I live in a city named Nova Friburgo, which is in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
I love to spend my free time playing video games and doing sports, especially volleyball and soccer. I’m very competitive, so I enjoy multiplayer online video games, I like it even better when I’m playing with my friends.
Despite being a shy person, in order to follow my dreams, I took the first step and started having theater classes last year. I must confess that it was very hard at the beginning, but now, I just love being on stage. I also enjoy listening to music, especially while I’m drawing.
I like to go out with my friends, watch theater plays, movies, and practice dubbing at home. Because of the quarantine, I was finally able to start studying voice acting.
What’s mostly keeping me busy is work, studying, playing games, and watching tv shows.
Also taking care of my pets. I adopted a new cat recently by the way. Meet Ivy and Luna. :)
I’ve always worked from home. My first job was as a freelance illustrator. For me, it’s kind of easy to have control of my schedule and adapt to any changes. I enjoy new challenges and the comfort of working from my own room.
I love my position because I always enjoyed being part of social media and forums. Working as a customer service representative is very fun.
I like to have contact with people online, and it makes me happy knowing that by the end of the day I was able to help the customers and have a positive impact on their lives.
