Meet Mikki Hatfield, Customer Support Associate at PartnerHero.

Hi there! I’m Mikki. I’m 30 and I work as a Customer Support Associate for one of our Partners.

Born and raised in Boise Idaho. I’ve worked for two call centers and taught English abroad.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me making music if I’m not glued to YouTube.

Through this quarantine, I’ve really learned how much I need to be around people, even if I am rather introverted, being physically present with my coworkers makes everything more manageable.

The one thing that has helped me most is just reaching out to my friends when I need help or need to talk about something. Otherwise, having a clear border to your office and never treating it the same as other areas you prefer to take your break at is really key to working from home successfully.

As a Support Associate, the thing I find most interesting about the job is seeing new issues and figuring out the solutions to them or how they’re handled otherwise.

Really, helping people, in general, is what does it for me, other than my coworkers of course. PartnerHero Culture thingy.
