Monthly Active User (MAU)

MAU represents the number of unique users who have interacted with the app/platform. The majority of tech companies use this metric to track the number of users with active subscriptions or active accounts and the percentage of those users who are contacting support. Note that this may not be applicable to all companies, as it depends on the type of service or product they support.
