CX Glossary

Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) refers to monitoring and measuring the whole process of a customer’s lifecycle, including potential customers discovering a product or service on their own or with the help of marketing, interacting with the business and, ideally, becoming long-term customers.

The process consists of five stages: reach, acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty.

Customer lifecycle management at PartnerHero starts with our sales and marketing teams, moves on to our implementation team, and, once set, our customer service team becomes responsible for customer care.
