Announcing our new Chief Impact Officer: Vicky Moreno

One of the guiding principles for our culture is the idea of “People. Without borders. Without limits.”

We believe that smart, talented, empathetic people are found everywhere, and our mission is to extend the impact of the world’s most innovative brands to people in underserved communities. We do that by working with our partners to bring economic opportunities to folks in the United States, Honduras, the Philippines, South Africa, Romania, and a dozen other countries. We support our team members with above market pay, comprehensive, inclusive benefits, and growth and learning opportunities.

But we also feel strongly that it is not enough just to bring economic opportunities to the places that we call home. We have an obligation to extend our impact as wide as we can, to benefit the people who have invited us into their cities.

That’s why we’re so excited to announce the promotion of Vicky Moreno from VP of Global Workplace to the newly created role of Chief Impact Officer!

As the leader of our workplace and site strategy, Vicky has already taken the lead in managing our local social impact work. In just the first half of 2023, her small-but-mighty team has:

  • Provided 20,000 meals to marginalized people in Honduras and Philippines
  • Delivered emergency kits for women fleeing violence in Honduras
  • Enabled 2,000 round trips for school children in the Philippines to take them to and from school
  • Paid rent to keep open a homeless shelter in the Philippines
  • Completed a waterproofing project at a homeless shelter for street children in the Philippines

She’s also led our partnership with Open Door Policy, to bring job opportunities to refugees, and supports the People Operations team with the PartnerHero Relief fund, which has distributed financial support grants to 33 associates in need since mid-2022.

By establishing this new role at the C-Suite level, PartnerHero is doubling down on the social and community impact we can have in the places we call home.

As our new Chief Impact Officer, Vicky will bring strategic leadership and focus to this work. She will ensure that PartnerHero prioritizes providing resources to marginalized communities, individuals living with food insecurities, people dealing with homelessness, children who lack education access, and individuals with disabilities dealing with economic inequality. She’ll also support global DE&I initiatives and coach leaders within PartnerHero to center social responsibility and impact within all our work.

Vicky will also continue to oversee our workplace and facilities teams, and will report to Chief People Officer, Tracy Ward.
