Meet: Ariel Anariba

I’m the youngest of eight siblings and many would believe I was spoiled while growing up for being the youngest one, but the truth is that my siblings taught me how to stand up and fight for who I am and what I believe in.

Grindr builds safe spaces for members of the LGBTQ Community to kconnect online and where they can be themselves. Working for this amazing partner has allowed me to see that there is still a lot of work to do for our community but little by little you can change wrong misconceptions and defeat the stereotypes at the interior or exterior of our Community.

When I’m walking around the office or sitting at my desk I sing. I tend to be very energetic and that is due to the overload of coffee I have in my blood.

Ariel: Hi, my name is Ariel and I am a coffee addict
Everyone: Hi Ariel.
Speaking about coffee, I love going out with friends and taste a good cup of coffee, or simply make my own at the office. And one day, I will open a coffee shop next to the beach.

Other than that, I like to listen to people, help others see that the world have different perspectives and dancing.
When I’m not making coffee, dancing or singing around I would probably be browsing the web for some tattoo ideas or drawing some sketches. And since I live just one block away from the beach, I visit it regularly. Either a romantic walk with my boyfriend or some lonely meditation time.
So if you are walking by Grindr and want to have some coffee, just come in. We’re all about the difference and acceptance.

And remember, “The things that make us different, those are our superpowers,”

See you around.
