Hi! My name is Virginia. I’m 30 years old and I’m a team lead here at PartnerHero. I was born and raised in São Paulo. And I come from a family of 7 children.
I would need to make a PowerPoint presentation to explain my family structure, but what really matters is that everyone loves each other very much.
I love to exercise, to train Muay Thai, and weight lifting. I also enjoy hanging out with my friends and playing family board games. Meeting new people, food, and travel are also part of my hobbies.
During this quarantine, I started to write poems. That has helped me a lot to focus when I do not have many people to talk to and my brain runs like a maniac. I’m also working on my spirituality.
I’ve been working remotely since “day one”, and in my experience, the key points to handle it properly are: Discipline, organization, engaging with your peers, Manifest Trust, and being available to help.
I love to motivate people to be the best version of themselves. I like to have a big impact on people's lives. If I can help someone achieve their dreams, be happy, I’ve done my job.
I’m thankful for working alongside my peers, which some of them I can gratefully say are my friends.
